- Requirements:
- 2+ years framing experience in residential or commercial projects
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to read plans and work independently
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Can handle heavy materials (e.g., 60lb bags of concrete mix)
Drywaller
Looking for skilled drywallers to install, finish, and repair gypsum board surfaces in both residential and commercial settings.
- Responsibilities:
- Hang drywall sheets and secure with screws or nails
- Tape, mud, and sand seams for a smooth finish
- Perform texture and finishing work as required
- Repair existing drywall and patch holes
- Maintain job site safety and cleanliness
- Requirements:
- 2+ years drywall installation and finishing experience
- Knowledge of taping, mudding, and texturing techniques
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Can handle heavy materials (e.g., 60lb bags of concrete mix)
Painter
We are looking for experienced painters to prepare, prime, and apply paint and coatings to surfaces in commercial and residential projects.
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching imperfections.
- Apply primers, paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Match and mix paint colors to specifications.
- Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths and tape.
- Maintain job site safety and cleanliness.
- Requirements:
- 2+ years professional painting experience in commercial or residential projects.
- Knowledge of various paint types, finishes, and application techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Can work up to 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
- Pay: $22–$30 per hour depending on experience and capability
